mgaTeam was formed from a co-operation of several years on a large-scale project. From this undertaking the product "Leadership Development" was created, which has been successfully introduced in the meantime to other Profit and Common-profit organizations.
All members of mgaTeam work furthermore in the fields of:

Attitude and basic understanding of mgaTeam:
Living systems - attention to the uniqueness and the individuality of a system
People, teams and organizations are alive and unique. Appreciation and attention to this uniqueness is the basis of our work.
Conduct - Strategies – Leadership Skills
If we initiate and support development in organizations, we proceed from the existing conduct, strategies and the leadership skills demanded for the implementation of strategies. Organizational development, team development, and leadership development never serve, in our understanding, as purposes in themselves, but always support the implementation of business strategies. The development and organization of successful leadership relations is from our view the central step for the reaching of company targets.
Learning areas - focus on change-abilities with direct responsibility
For the development of these skills we create with those involved diverse learning areas, in which people can learn with head, heart and hand in creative and innovative ways.
The learning facilitators support this learning process with focus on the development of direct responsibility, flexibility and the competency to manage changes. In addition we as learning facilitators have a high connectivity, process-competence and intervention skill, which we continually develop.
We require and facilitate direct responsibility and the self-organization of learning, by paying attention to the subtle interplay between leading and following, between holding and letting go.
