Psychology, and marketing and management studies at the University of Zurich. Further training in team and organizational development, systemic consultation and coaching.
Professional experience in industry, retail business and nonprofit organizations as associate lecturer, personal assistant, executive trainer, organizational developer and project director, and as well as department director for self-guidance and employee guidance at a vocational training school.
Specialities: Self management, leadership development, communication, conflict management, group dynamics, team and cultural development processes, systemic consultation and interventions.
My work moulds the observant, respectful and valuable facilitation and consultation of individuals, groups and organizations during change and development processes as well as the recognition and a liberation of resources and potentials.
