Which I am able and glad to do:
With an educational background in sales and business-economics, from the school of hotel management in Luzern, from the personnel management seminar (PMS) IAP, from systematic consulting, organizational development, and diverse other continuing education, I continue always to learn.
My vocational experience in service organizations, industrial organizations and nonprofit organizations has continually enabled and taught me to design processes which people and organizations take further.
The discovery and formation of vision, models, strategies and processes, with new innovative yet proven methods allows me to tackle challenges with joy. Particularly, those in which the parties involved can work along actively as participants.
Inspiration and nourishment for individuals and organizations develop, where the "Spirit", the “Herzblut” is awakened, and people come together to agree upon a way and also proceed. There I stand gladly with my »Spirit«, professionally accompanied and supported.
Reflection, learning and new things form especially successfully, where resonance in dialogue develops in small and large groups, be it in seminars or in nature. Movement of mountains, silence and challenges give me strength, openness and courage to continue to think and go further.
