My strengths:
Qualified training and continuing education in communication and social sciences, organizational development, management consultation, supervision and therapy have afforded me many educational settings for my vocational and personal development.
20 years of experience as associate lecturer, advisor, process-designer, moderator, and educator in production companies, in administration, in nonprofit organizations, and in private enterprise, have enabled me to integrate models and concepts as transformation and implementation instruments into my repertoire in the facilitation of individuals, teams and large groups.
My attitude and my work in systems is to observe and reflect – and continue to experience again and again that everything once more is completely different – this fascinates me and allows me to formulate inquisitive and explorative processes. In this way my fire burns in the search for vitality, and for the "spirit" of setting free potentialities, when people co-operate within organizations.

I derive my energy, which sets my fire ablaze, strongly from my cultural roots and my nomadic spirit. Having grown up in the Oberwallis, fascinated by the natural mountain environment and the network of multilayered clan life, 20 years in the world as vagabond, and at present back to my roots, always on the move.
