My passion:
I love to support individuals who wish to bring themselves forward together with their team and their organization. I am enthusiastic, when they begin to explore their situation, and when I succeed in awaking their curiosity in themselves and their shapeable common future. I am committed to using my energy and passion as consultant and facilitator, to invent and ensure learning-spaces for precise reflection and clarification, for exploring possibilities and for enabling teams and organizations to make these possibilities real.
