Large groups afford a particular possibility for energizing an organization’s learning. In large groups, executives and employees can work, over all hierarchical levels and information channels, forward with one another on the questions and challenges which are important to them. They experience themselves thereby directly and undisguised, and then experience their organization in an unusual way.
