Leadership Development

Organizations require of their employees that they take increasing responsibility for the design and success of their work field. If this central challenge on executives/ senior management is taken seriously, then the development of executives themselves must be put thereafter in the center, and direct responsibility must be placed upon them for their own learning. Leadership development allows high-level personnel to consistently evolve from consumers to producers of their own learning. They invent, plan, arrange and answer for their own development.
