The architecture of Leadership Development
The architecture of leadership development creates an arena, in which learning on three levels can take place. In contrast to pure seminar learning such multidimensional learning needs stable and radiating connections to the surrounding organizational field and to the everyday life practice of the participants.
The architecture of leadership development makes the superiors, the HR managers and the management teams co-responsible for the learning-success of their executives.
Therefore the architecture of leadership development consists of two learning paths:
a learning group, learning together through several levels for over one year, and the a support path, where superiors, HR management, the responsible management teams and the learning facilitators support the executives in their development.
